Castle Hill Fitness’ 360 Location is a Mama’s Dream Come True!
While Castle Hill Fitness has had their downtown location for quite a while, the 360 location (3801 N Capital of Texas Hwy Unit I-100 Austin, TX) is still just shy of a year old. I have spent time at the original location before and was blown away by the fitness classes. I tried a kickboxing and cardio interval class. Both were led by highly qualified instructors and left me thoroughly sweat covered and fatigued (in a good way!).
Castle Hill Fitness strives to create a healthy community of individuals including all ages, lifestyles and fitness levels. While the downtown location does not provide childcare, the 360 location has all the amenities a mommy could desire!
First of all, the childcare room is clean and smells of essential oils. I don't know about you, but I've entered some childcare areas that hardly smell of lavender and eucalyptus. Starting at 8 weeks old, your child can be left in the nurturing hands of their phenomenal staff. Childcare staff will feed your baby a bottle, give older children a snack if provided, change diapers and even remind and assist a potty training child. The staff will do everything in their power to ensure your child is happy, cared for and that you can finish your workout.
Castle Hill Fitness locker rooms are equipped with code lockers that do not require you to bring your own padlock. The showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash and the vanity area contains all the necessary hot hair tools to get you looking your best and on with the rest of your day.
This Westlake gym has a lap pool, where children can take swim lessons provided by staff. The sauna and steam rooms are also located near the pool. Castle Hill Fitness 360 has a designated spa area consisting of three therapy rooms for licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist use. These services can all be booked via phone or at the front desk.
The class schedule is truly something to gawk over for a while! The schedule features cycle, Power (weight training), several yoga styles, dance, barre, TABATA, Pilates, aqua fitness and core strength classes. Pay attention mamas, this is where it gets really good! Fitness trainer and mom, Ali, teaches a, ‘Mama Strong’ class. Ali invites all current and expecting moms with either kiddos in childcare or even moms who need to bring their baby to class. During your time in the studio, Ali will customize a full cardio and strength class based on attendees needs. Ali encourages moms to bring whatever gear into class that will help make the 55 Minute class the most successful, will spread out blankets for your little one to stretch out and if need be hold and calm your baby while you finish your last reps.
Castle Hill Fitness 360 has thought of it all when it comes to making the transition into motherhood easier and fostering a network of strong, healthy mamas.
