Patriotic Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen blueberries 

1/2 cup frozen strawberries 

1 handful frozen kale

1 whole banana 

1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt (I used Siggi’s)

1 tablespoon raw honey

1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

*Optional toppings: fresh berries, sliced star fruit, wheat germ, toasted coconut or granola 

Directions:

1. Blend frozen berries, kale, banana,

yogurt, honey and Vital Proteins in Vitamix until all ingredients are combined. 

2. Pour blended smoothie into a bowl and top with toppings of your choice!
