Cauliflower Crust Caesar Salad Pizza

I may have overdone it on trying to achieve a crispy crust, but I am officially a true believer in broiling Trader Joe's cauliflower crust after the initial baking times. The crust was insaley delicious and satisfied my pizza craving.
Ingredients:
Trader Joe's Cauliflower crust
Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
1/4 cup Marcona almonds, chopped
Optional topping: freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Greek Yogurt & Lime Caesar Salad Dressing:
1/2 cup plain Greek non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 anchovy filets, finely chopped
2 teaspooons worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
black pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons milk
Directions:
1. Bake Trader Joe's Cauliflower crust according to package directions on a pizza stone. I am a firm believer in the additional broil step at the end!
2. In a medium size bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with the amount of dressing desired (I used about 1/4 cup).
3. Once the pizza crust is finished broiling, allow it to cool for a few minutes and then top with dressed lettuce. Top with marcona almond pieces and fresh shredded parmesan. Enjoy!
