The retail space previously held by a play cafe and dance studio have been transformed into a trendy spot to embibe. Expect to find a luxurious setting with elaborate details.
So what drinks can you expect to see slide accross the quartz bar top? Craft and Racked will offer at least six wines on draft, sophisticated wine bottle selections and about fifteen craft beers on draft. The owner has several years of craft beer experience on his resume and the manager has extensive wine experience. While the main draw will be the wine and craft beer, Craft & Racked will offer an array of cheeses, charcuterie boards and bruschetta offerings.
Assistant Manager, Amy Umboltz, is a small town girl from the Midwest with a passion for wine. While spending four years in Italy following her Army husband, she cultivated her love for wine and food by traveling Europe, developing a palate for wine and beer from many different countries and regions. Now back stateside, she is resuming her studies to obtain her business degree and learn how to run a small business first hand. With her degree and long-time customer service and sales experience, Craft and Racked owners are excited to watch her shine!
Craft and Racked will also be available for private parties and plans to hold wine and beer classes. You can stay tuned in to events by following their Facebook and Instagram accounts.
See y’all at the opening night! CHEERS!
